5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us first.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
